Sustainable Therapy is about Love,
starting with Love for our Humanity
You might be experiencing anxiety, stress, numbness, or an important relationship may be a source of distress. While tools to regulate our nervous system and manage our thoughts are valuable, the most transformative path to healing and flourishing lies in approaching ourselves with awareness and kindness. Feeling truly heard is the first step toward cultivating self-compassion, understanding our genuine selves, and discovering what helps us thrive. When we embrace ourselves with awareness, our inner resources awaken and solidify, empowering us to face challenges, connect meaningfully, create, and live life with purpose (more>).
We are dedicated, caring therapists-in-training organized around the principal that what anchors healing and thriving are knowledge, self-awareness, and tenderness. All of us are also top-of-our-class therapists-in-training under clinical supervision by clinical director, psychotherapist, and former graduate school professor Fabrice Paracuellos (LMFT114054).
We work with adults, couples, teens, and families.

OUR THERAPY:
Why We Are Affordable
Our wonderful therapists are in the process of fulfilling their required hours toward licensure. They have a license to practice under clinical supervision. Once they reach their 3,000 hours of practice and pass their further licensing exams, they will be able to set up their own thriving practice, if they so desire typically at higher session rates.
We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization
Taking Care of Our Therapists
“As with most graduates I did my most of my hours toward licensure unpaid. This puts unnecessary stress and burden upon new therapists. The Center for Self Welcoming Therapy was created to provide affordable, exceptional therapy while providing our therapists with just financial compensation. I taught psychotherapy in graduate school and was awed by the therapeutic and human quality that certain students embodied. Collaborating with them, is bringing this vision to life, thanks to their remarkable skills and service.”

“Feeling deeply understood can have a profound effect on our health, well being, and ability to be in relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us. My hope for my patients is that we are able to co-create something that allows you to discover the parts of yourself yet unknown—the strength, talents, resilience, as well as the fears, doubts and grief that make up the entirety of who you are.”

True healing happens when all parts of ourselves are invited to the table. My goal is to co-create a space where you can explore the hidden pieces of your story with kindness and courage, finding strength and self-compassion along the way.

My approach to healing is rooted in the belief that each person carries within them the innate wisdom and capacity for transformation. I offer a client-centered practice that is informed additionally by my background in functional health and mindfulness practices—modalities that ground my work in the body and support a deeply somatic, integrative approach. I see healing not as a linear path, but as a process of returning to oneself with compassion and curiosity. It is my privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate their own unique journeys of self-discovery. In this shared space, my hope is to offer a felt sense of safety, presence, and attunement—so that over time, clients may begin to experience themselves and their lives in new, more connected, and more alive ways.
